Custom bag development and sourcing enquiries

Customization needs a clear distinction between changes to the bag and permission to use the artwork. CZWX supports the early product and manufacturing conversations; feasibility and terms are reviewed for each brief.

Discuss your brief

Create a controlled starting brief

State the intended use, target market, reference model, dimensions, materials and changes required. Attach your own drawings or reference images and distinguish essential requirements from preferences. Do not send confidential files until the recipient and sharing scope are agreed.

Agree on the sample before production

Ask who owns the technical specification and how sample comments will be recorded. Separate colour, artwork placement, construction, trims and packaging approvals. Keep an approved version so the quotation and later quality review refer to the same product.

Set project checkpoints

Discuss sample iterations, order quantity, costing assumptions, production facility, required documentation and delivery terms. No fixed MOQ or production lead time is promised on this page. Branded artwork requires project-specific rights review; a factory audit is not itself permission to manufacture a brand.

Start with a product reference

Catalogue examples, not a statement of stock, certification or authorization.
