Discuss your briefDefine the assortment item by item
List each product reference, intended user, use scenario and quantity. Separate parent-use bags and household storage from products intended to be handled by children. A shared character theme does not make all products suitable for the same age group.
Ask for item-specific evidence
Request the supplier’s specification, age guidance where applicable, warnings, care information and relevant reports for the precise item. Match the document’s product description and model to the quotation; do not treat another item’s report as evidence for the whole range.
Coordinate packaging and delivery
Discuss individual packaging, assortment composition, labels and carton packing. Check whether products come from different facilities and whether sampling and dispatch will be coordinated. Destination-market requirements need a product-specific review before an order is agreed.
