Wholesale — Licensed IP Merchandise

CZWX supplies licensed IP merchandise to downstream retail and distribution partners. This page describes the wholesale programme: who can buy, how minimum orders work, what documentation support is available, which platforms and regions are covered, and how to apply.

All authorization coverage, pricing and terms are confirmed per brand and per order. Nothing on this page should be read as a blanket authorization for any specific brand, platform or region.

Who can buy

• Wholesale is open to retailers, distributors and business buyers across countries and regions. Eligibility depends on the proposed products, destination markets and sales channels, subject to review.
• Applicants provide business information for review, and approval is subject to review.

Minimum order quantities

• There is no single CZWX-wide minimum order quantity. Minimums are set per brand and per supplier, and are confirmed for each order. See FAQ Q5.
• Smaller buyers who cannot meet a supplier's minimum may be able to buy through CZWX consolidated ordering: orders for the same brand and product accumulate until the supplier's minimum order quantity is reached, at which point the consolidated order is placed; pricing and lead times are confirmed at the time of ordering. See FAQ Q6.

Authorization documentation support

• For wholesale orders, CZWX's operating policy is to provide supply and authorization documentation support. The exact documents available depend on the brand and the order and are confirmed before ordering.
• CZWX holds supplier-issued sales authorization documents for covered products, subject to their stated validity, channels, territories and conditions. See the documented scope.
• The supplier letters are addressed to CZWX; they do not state that they may be transferred or sublicensed to downstream buyers. Whether any document satisfies a platform's listing review is determined by that platform. CZWX does not guarantee listing approval.

Platforms and regions

• Resale platforms and regions are confirmed per brand authorization and per order. They are not uniform across all brands.
• Possible channels include direct-to-consumer websites and selected marketplaces, only where the relevant documents permit them; excluded channels and delivery-location limits are checked before ordering. Other suppliers and brands may have different terms, confirmed case by case.
• CZWX's target markets include the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and other markets, subject to the relevant supplier authorization for the brand and order.

How to apply

1. Contact wholesale@czwx.com.
2. Provide your business information: company name, registration details, sales channels and target markets.
3. CZWX reviews the application and confirms the brands, documents, platforms, regions and terms available for the proposed order.
4. Once terms are confirmed, orders can be placed under those confirmed terms.
