Authorization and Supply Credentials
This page distinguishes facts stated in supplier documents from CZWX operating policies. It does not list a specific IP brand as authorized to CZWX.
Documented authorization scope and conditions
CZWX retains supplier-issued documents covering certain branded and licensed products. Information identifying the issuing parties and the original documents is maintained in private records; applicable scope and supporting documents are confirmed for each proposed order.

Common document conditions
- Covered sales must follow the RRP displayed on the issuing supplier's website.
- Brand or licensed-product names must not be changed.
- Sales must not denigrate brand value.
- The issuing supplier may withdraw authorization immediately for breach of the stated conditions.
Document limitations
- The documents cover branded and licensed products supplied by the issuing supplier; they do not name specific IP brands.
- A platform name alone does not establish approval for every country, site or delivery location. Applicable territorial and channel limits must be confirmed for the proposed order.
- The letters are addressed to CZWX. They do not state that CZWX may transfer or sublicense them to downstream buyers.
- The documents do not guarantee that a platform will accept a listing or approve a seller.
CZWX operating policy
- CZWX confirms applicable brand, document, platform and region information for a proposed order before ordering.
- CZWX may request a brand-specific letter from a supplier for a proposed order. Issuance requires the supplier's written confirmation; CZWX does not promise issuance or platform acceptance.
